Star Boxing Announces

FELICIANO VS TSURKAN
World rated brawlers featured on
ESPN2 Friday Night Fights

Andrey

Bronx, NY - Mar 24, 2008 After his incredible ten round heart fought war against Kermit Cintron for the IBF Welterweight title on November 23, 2007, that had every fan in attendance on their feet rooting for the underdog, Jesse "El Rayo" Feliciano (15-6-3, 9KO's #15 IBF) returns to the ring for yet another no holds barred battle against one of the most formidable boxers in the Jr Middleweight division, former NABF Champion Andrey Tsurkan (25- 3, 16 KO's # 10 WBC). This sensational match up will be televised live on the very popular ESPN2 Friday Night Fights series on April 25th from the Utopia Paradise Theater in the Bronx, NY.

Right: Andrey Tsurkan

"I have two of my most exciting fighters going head to head on April 25. This fight has all the ingredients of fire, power and passion to be one of the best fights this year on ESPN2. This is what boxing is all about; real fighters, tough challenges, real fights," said Star Boxing CEO Joe DeGuardia.

feliciano Tsurkan recently lost his NABF title by a highly contentious split decision to the undefeated Yuri Foreman at the Paradise Theater on November 14,2007. Believing he won his last fight, as did fans in attendance, Tsurkan jumps right back into the fire as he battles the tough as nails Feliciano at the catch weight of 152 pounds.

Feliciano who also fights with passion, 'heart' and a cast iron chin, gave a visibly rattled and shocked Cintron the toughest fight of his career. Jesse came very close to scoring a huge upset but left the arena with a legion of endearing fans. A win over Tsurkan will most certainly put Feliciano right back into the title picture.

This explosive main event is brought to you by Star Boxing's immensely popular fight series "Punchin at the Paradise" in the Bronx.

Star Boxing Announces

CURTIS "SHOWTIME" STEVENS HEADS TO THE BALLROOM!

s

Bronx, NY - Feb 26, 2008 For the first time since signing a multi-year deal with Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing, Curtis "Showtime" Stevens will step into the ring at the Manhattan Center on March 6. Stevens will appear as part of the action packed under card which features a USBA Junior Welterweight title fight between "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis vs. Harrison Cuello. Also, featured in the co- main event is fan favorite New Yorker Vinny Maddalone battling veteran Jeff Yeoman in an 8 round Heavyweight match up. Sports website www.GoFightLive.TV will web cast the entire event online.

One half of the famed "Chin Checkers", Brooklyn, NY native Stevens (17-2-1, 12KO's) is a throwback to the old days of boxing with his killer left hook and crippling body punching. Curtis presents a danger to anyone who stands opposite him in the squared circle. On this occasion, it will be journeyman, Thomas Reid (35-21-1, 13KO's) of Jackson, TN, who in his own right is not to be taken lightly. Stevens will have his hands full as he will be facing a fighter who has gone up against some of the best in the business. Taking on a who's who of the 175-pound realm, Reid has fought the likes of former WBC light heavyweight champion and Roy Jones Jr. conqueror Montell Griffin, WBO 175-pound titlist Julio Gonzalez, and light heavyweight contenders Elvir Muriqi, Yusaf Mack, and Prince Badi Ajamu.

The bout is scheduled for 8 rounds in the Super Middleweight division and promises to be an all action affair.

Star Boxing Announces

"MIGHTY MIKE" ARNAOUTIS AND
VINNY MADDALONE
SHARE CENTER STAGE IN MANHATTAN!

Bronx, NY - Feb 20, 2008 Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing presents an all- star card featuring two of Star Boxing's more popular fighters in Co-Main Events. "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis (17-2, 9 KO's) the Pride of Greece, collides with Dominican power puncher Harrison Cuello (15-5, 11 KO's) in a 140-pound contest for the vacant USBA Junior Welterweight Title. As an added attraction, fan favorite Vinny Maddalone (28-4, 20KO's) once again steps through the ropes squaring off against tough Ohio veteran Jeff Yeoman (21-8, 8 KO's) in an 8 round Heavyweight battle. All the action takes place on Thursday, March 6th at the Grand Ballroom of The Manhattan Center in New York City, NY.

"I'm thrilled to be able to have two of our fan favorite fighters on the same show" stated Joe DeGuardia, CEO of Star Boxing. "This card will be a signature Star Boxing event, as both fighters have large and passionate fan bases. Ethnic pride always makes for exciting fights. Since Arnaoutis wants another World Title fight and Maddalone leaves everything in the ring each time he fights, we expect a FANtastic night of boxing on March 6th" DeGuardia added.

Mike Left: Mike Arnaoutis

"Mighty" Mike looks to bounce back into the win column after two straight tough defeats one of which was a highly controversial split decision loss to Ricardo Torres for the then vacant WBO Jr. Welterweight crown on November 18, 2006. Arnaoutis dropped Torres in the seventh round of that fight and to almost all ringside viewers looked to capture the WBO title, but was denied due to very questionable scoring.

In his last bout on April 20,2007, "Mighty Mike" took on the challenge of highly regarded Kendall Holt, a bout for the number 1 ranking in the WBO and the right to fight a rematch with Ricardo Torres. Arnaoutis trained and fought without long time trainer Bill Johnson in his corner and the results were evident as Mike was unable to figure out the elusive style of Holt, losing a unanimous 12 round decision. Now reunited with Johnson, "Mighty Mike" looks to add the USBA belt as he takes on the hungry Dominican puncher, Harrison Cuello.

s Left: Vinny Maddalone

Harrison Cuello is a very dangerous opponent because he brings 1 punch knockout power into the ring with him. On June 20th, 2007, Cuello stepped into the ring with top prospect Edgar Santana, who was riding a 5 year, 16 fight win streak into the fight. One devastating punch from Cuello in the 3rd round ended all that. Cuello is a very exciting fighter who cannot be taken lightly.

The fight fans in attendance at the Manhattan Center on the night of March 6th will also be treated to a heavyweight battle with the exciting Vinny Maddalone in the co-main event of the evening. Having been in the ring with the legendary Evander Holyfield and cherished by fans and boxing experts for his wars with Brian Minto, Maddalone is certain to give the fans what they have come to expect, excitement, blood and guts. This will be one show you do not want to miss!
