This is an open letter from The Mechanic Chris Smith to Top Rank, Star boxing, Hall of Fame promotions and Los Leones.

First and foremost the Top Rank matchmaker promised me a rematch with Jesus Soto Karass.  I recently found out that Karass is now fighting David Estrada.

I would love to fight the winner of that bout whoever it turns out to be. I would like to make a prediction Jesus Soto Karass will knock David Estrada out possible within the first 4 rounds. If he is a true Mexican warrior he will give me a rematch.

Oscar Diaz is fighting Delvin Rodriguez on the 16th of this month. I would also like to fight the winner of that bout. Diaz's people always said they would give me a rematch but thats yet to be seen. If they are successful I hope they will keep their word and not duck and dodge me.

An opportunity to fight Delvin would be great if he is indeed successful in regaining the U.S.B.A title. Best of luck to all combatants and to the victor's lets be men and meet like warriors.
